horse racing and equestrian club invites suitably qualified individuals
to join us as:
1. Property Manager
Requirements:
∑ Degree or Diploma in Building, Architecture, Civil or related
discipline
∑ Minimum 10 years working experience in management of property
development projects or housing companies
∑ Pro-active, good interpersonal skill and mature personality
∑ Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
∑ Close liaison with relevant authorities, consultants, architects
and contractors
∑ Demonstrated abilities in managing support staff and site works
2. Chargeman
To manage, maintain and operate the MV and LV electrical distribution
systems, electrical fittings and equipments, standby generators, telecommunication
systems, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning system including
building utilities and services.
Requirements:
∑ Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Chargeman
AO Certificate
∑ Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
∑ Able to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
∑ Computer literate
∑ Willing to work on weekends, public holidays inclusive of extended
hours.
3.CCTV Engineer
Requirements:
∑ Posses a tertiary qualification in Telecommunication and Electronic
Engineering.
∑ At least 4 to 5 years of experience working in TV engineering
and productions
∑ Experience in broadcasting horse racing will be an added advantage.
∑ Willing to work on weekends, public holidays inclusive of extended
hours.
Call-in Position :
4. Garden Supervisor
Requirements:
∑ 3 – 5 years of experience in gardening / nursery
∑ Some exposure to irrigation and earthwork will be added advantage
∑ Will be in charge of workers to carry out routine gardening
work.
