MOMENTUM GALAXY (S Saddam) was slow into stride.

Passing the 400M-mark, APOLLO ROCK (S Ruzaini) was crowded and had to steady when racing tight between JEFFREY (App R Narendran) and GOLD COMPANY (AK Lim).

Jockey CK Tan, the rider of UP UP GOOD, reported that his mount was not striding out freely and was coughing.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding returned, exhibiting signs of respiratory distress and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.

SOON YOU THINK (HS Gill) was held up momentarily at approximately the 400M-mark when racing tight on the inside of  STAR CHOICE (CK Tan).

Post-race veterinary examinations of D’GREAT SWIFT (AM Aizat) and GHOST AFFAIR    (SS Vanan) revealed no obvious abnormality.  

MR DAVID, a course scratching as it had sustained a cut near hind leg, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

AGUERO JR which was up 19kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.

CENTURY SPEED (F Yap) jumped awkwardly outwards, crowding FARDUS (Y Aify).

AGUERO JR (App A Saran) laid out over the concluding stages of the race.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that CENTURY SPEED returned having cast its near hind plate.

PENDRAGON PRINCESS which was down 23kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.

COME ON JENNEY (App A Saran) jumped awkwardly outwards, inconveniencing PLACE YOUR BET (Y Aify) and CHINA CAPTAIN (HS Gill).

At approximately the 200M-mark, RAGNAR (J Low) shifted outwards, resulting in CHINA CAPTAIN having to check. 

PLACE YOUR BET and PENDRAGON PRINCESS (AM Aizat) brushed in the concluding stages of the race.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that COME ON JENNEY returned lame near fore and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again. 

A post-race veterinary examination of ONE FORCE (AK Lim) revealed no obvious abnormality.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry, Jockey J Low pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that he shifted out at approximately the 200M-mark, resulting in CHINA CAPTAIN having to check.  Taking into consideration his guilty plea and his previous riding record, Jockey J Low was suspended for two (2) race days effective Monday, 27^th December 2021 and to expire on Sunday, 2^nd January 2022, both days inclusive.  He was advised of his Right of Appeal (3.40pm).

Emergency acceptor, THE DODGER was withdrawn due to a capacity field.

ANDADO, a course scratching as it had fever, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

DISCRETELY RED (J Daniel) jumped awkwardly inwards.  The breast check on this gelding broke on jumping.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that ARAGORN (L De Souza) returned, exhibiting signs of respiratory distress and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.

SPADE OF ACE (AK Lim) jumped away awkwardly.

A post-race veterinary examination of AIR BOSS (S Ruzaini) revealed that the gelding returned having cast its off hind plate.

Emergency acceptor, ZILFIKAR was withdrawn due to a capacity field.

OVERLORD and ROCK ARTIST, both course scratching as they had sustained a swollen near fore knee and bruised both hind bumpers respectively, will each be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

Trainer S Hamilton was fined RM100/- under MRA Rule 65(5)(c) for failing to produce the declared colours for LUKE MAN (AK Lim).

MBAPPE (App  S Rosmizan) and COLONIEL STAR (K Eirwan) were both slow into stride.

LUKE MAN was obliged to race wide on the turn.

Jockey AM Aizat, the rider of D’GREAT EMINENCE, reported that his mount was not striding out freely.  A post-race veterinary examination of the mare revealed no obvious abnormality.  D’GREAT EMINENCE which raced poorly, will be required to pass a test (1000M/vet) before being declared to race again.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that KING MIDAS (Y Aify) returned, having cast both hind plates.  

Emergency acceptor, DARCI SUPER was withdrawn due to a capacity field.

WINTERFELL and LOYALTY’S ANGEL, both course scratching as they had sustained a nail bind off fore and swollen both fore fetlocks respectively, will each be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

FRANKLY MY DEAR which was down 15kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.

At approximately the 1100M-mark, MARTELLO (R Rueven) was cramped and touched the behind quarters of GOLDEN STATES (SS Vanan), becoming unbalanced and shifting outwards.

Jockey HS Gill, the rider of NEVERUNCONDITIONAL, reported that his mount was making abnormal respiratory noises. A post-race veterinary examination of the gelding revealed no obvious abnormality.
