INTROIT and GOLDEN EMPIRE, both course scratching as they had sustained a bruised off fore sole and a punctured wound off hind coronet respectively, will each be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.

REPORT DATED 22ND NOVEMBER 2022 FROM PNTC SECURITY DEPARTMENT AGAINST TRAINER LIM HOON SENG AND “B” TRAINER ARUMIGAM S/O PALANI
At the conclusion of an Inquiry, evidence were taken from Trainer Lim Hoon Seng, “B” Trainer Arumigam s/o Palani, Security Personnel Corporal Kamarulzaman bin Zakaria and S/G Muktar Singh s/o Gajjan Singh.
Trainer Lim Hoon Seng was found guilty of an act of misconduct under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) in that on 12th November 2022 at about 8.40am, he had raised his voice and conducted himself in an inappropriate manner towards Security Personnel Corporal Kamarulzaman bin Zakaria and S/G Muktar Singh s/o Gajjan Singh for having allowed the Malaysian Police Officers to enter the stable area during curfew hours. Trainer Lim Hoon Seng was fined a sum of RM3,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand) and was advised of his Right of Appeal (7.00 pm).
